Our Story
We started with one simple idea: tender shredded lamb, tucked into thin, crackly bread.
Ever since, we’ve worked two kinds of food with the same devotion: the classic Aleppo dishes like nkhaat, tongue, sasijo, and basterma, and today’s fast food, from burgers to Philly cheesesteak to Francisco.
What we can promise you is a sandwich worth coming back for, whether you lean Eastern or Western.
